1)            Planning and Development Sub Committee: 

There shall be a planning and development committee. The committee will oversee the infrastructure development and other renovations activities of the office from time to time. 

 

The Members are

                                        ii.    Jamini Ranjan Das, Sr. Finance Coordinator, SRC Assam

                                       iii.    Dr. Ganeswar Saharia, Former Director, JSS Kamrup

                                       iv.    General Secretary, GVS Assam

 

2)            Publication Sub Committee: 

There shall be a Publication Sub Committee comprises of the following members. The committee will decide upon the printing of the publication materials. Honorarium to be paid to the writers –

 

      The members are :

                                          i.    Dr. Shamim Akhtar, GB Member, SRC Assam

                                        ii.    Azizul Hoque, Programme Coordinator, SRC Assam

                                       iii.    Anuradha Baruah, Programme Coordinator, SRC Assam

                                       iv.    Sushnata Goswami, Research Officer, SRC Assam  

 

3)            Purchase Sub Committee: 

There shall be a Purchase Sub Committee under the jurisdiction of SRC Assam. The purchase sub committee will decide the materials / assets / property are to be procured for SRCs use. However, the programme staff will have authority to procure materials / stationeries related to workshop / training or any other programme  as assigned by the Director, SRC Assam.

 

      The members are :

ii.    Shri Jamini Ranjan Das, Sr. Finance Coordinator, SRC Assam

iii.   Shri Nirmal Ch. Deka, Programme Coordinator, SRC Assam

4)            Assessment Sub Committee:

The Committee will look after the assets and properties for its effective management. The assets / equipments like Computer, Seminar Hall, Xerox machine, Printer, Fax Machine, Vehicle, Camera, Handicamp, library books, Office Stationeries etc. The same may be used by any individual or other organization should obtain prior permission from the committees.

 

                  The members of the committees are  

i)             President, GVS Assam

ii)            Sarbeswar Das, Secretary, GVS Assam

 

 

 

5)            Evaluation Sub Committee: 

There shall be an Evaluation Sub Committee. The Committee shall be entitled to look after the following activities –

a)   The Committee will decide upon the feasibility and necessity of new recruitment of the staff.

b)  The Committee will oversee the overall performance of the staff. The Committee shall have authority to put forward their comments or suggestions to the concerned authorities for upgradation / degradation / termination of contract of a staff.

 

                              The members of the committee are:

i)             Dr. Ganeswar Saharia, Former Director, JSS Kamrup

ii)     General Secretary, Gyan Vigyan Samiti Assam.

 

 

6)            Finance Sub Committee: 

Financial transparency is one of the prime factors of an organization. The Committee will look after the financial matters of SRC for its effective utilization.
